For most types of dents, Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is preferred but it does have limitations. The following are examples when PDR would not be a good fit:
-The paint is chipped, cracked or otherwise damaged.
-The damage is too extensive.
-The dent is not accessible with PDR tools.
-Structural damage.
At The Dent Company, we are a "PDR First" body shop. We repair as much as we can with PDR first before using conventional methods. This greatly lessens the overall impact on the vehicle.
